my account is being targeted and harassed

Thank you for taking the time to answer my question. The offender was not a random gamer and I have blocked both tags, I should not have to appear offline to avoid being harassed, i should not have to block a new gamertag everyday to avoid being harassed.
I have been on live for over a decade, this is not just some random being "mean", this is me being specifically targeted by one individual, making multiple gt's to harass and E-stalk me and you can't do anything about it?

I get suspended because my husband said "stop messaging my wife you [mod removed] weirdo" but nothing happens to the actual weirdo, talk about victim blaming, great PR Xbox.

competition is ok, and having an opinion is ok but when developers are being targeted with harassment its not ok and when views turn to hate for another person it is not ok. people need to learn when to draw a line and not cross it.

I've been being harassed. I've blocked communications, but they keep making more xbox accounts and harass me further. What do I do, if they keep doing this? I've been harassed for 5-6 months about a year ago, they kept making more account. And now, recently,
I've been being harassed by someone who's friends with my friend. Same thing, block them, they harass me on more accounts. Do I cancel my xbox live? Do I call the cops? Or are you guys going to stop them? Because allowing people to create more accounts to
harass me, or someone else further, is unacceptable.

If you haven't done so already, you would need to file complaints on them via the console so the enforcement team can investigate them. You'll also want to block communications with them. Despite what support says, the enforcement team do not use the forums
and calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.

The enforcement team really needs to be honest about these online harassing crisis acting shill gamertags that seem above the rules that most reasonable people follow.

Blocking harassing gamertags does not work for these protected and probably paid online discriminating accounts because they run in groups and probably have hundreds of fake accounts to come back at you with. Privacy laws are shady and who knows what they
can do with your data internationally. Meaning maybe a random country can troll you while Xbox live does nothing but watch?

I have reported and blocked thousands of harassing cheating accounts and spoken with support and guess what? They do nothing to these gamertags but if you retaliate you get banned. Record all the discrimination for evidence. Watch videos under my profile
in halo5 multiplayer if you need evidence. Xbox ive know exactly who and what is on their network they created and monitor. The truth will be revealed.
