My account is banned and the repeal process is giving me errors

Is there any way to get a hold of someone that can review my case. The review questionnaire kept refreshing automatically and restarting itself until It reached its try limit and blocked me from trying to submit a repeal case, even though I got the questionnaire
correct.

A few years ago I was into modding and all that fun stuff and my account was banned, permanently. This was about 3 years ago so i've got about 9996 more years until my ban is technically up. My question is it possible to repeal the ban

Enforcement Action doesn't have an option to repeal

I have been banned off of Xbox in October around the 15th it said that I would be able to play a week later on xbox live, the following week it didn't let me play and extended my ban for 2 more weeks then it said I am communications banned for a month, I
try logging on in a month and now they extended to 3 months now I'm in january and my account is still not allowed communication I go to file a repeal then I notice it won't let me repeal please help it's been almost 4 months

Submitting a case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team. You should be able to try to resubmit a review after 24 hours. If the site is giving you errors, try clearing your browser's cookies/cache or try another browser.

Hello Vermillion,

If it isn't too late, you can repeal something like this the next time it happens. I have known Microsoft to give a reason for being banned and the exact phrase that was banned if you check the Xbox Enforcement page. Hope this helps!

I phone Xbox support and they tell me theres nothing they can do for my account even though you guys have access to it. I've tried contacting xbox enforcement and even did the repeal process which shouldn't even exist since they take 24 hours to tell
you it was for nothing.

you will need to contact the xbox enforcement team, only they can repeal a ban , they can be reached at enforcement.xbox.com
