Nothing will happen to you if you haven't done anything wrong. Also, calling out on other gamers in the forums is not allowed regardless on what they said to you. Just block communications and file a complaint if he continues to talk to you like that.

The only people who have the power to ban or suspend people are the Policy Enforcement Team. You could have 1000 complaints filed on you and as long as you have done nothing wrong, no action will be taken against you. File a complaint on this player as it
is against the code of conduct to impersonate and employee of MS. Also be sure to block communications so he cannot continue to contact you. NEVER give personal information over XBL or on the forums.
