    We see that we have not been able to send an email to the address you have on your Microsoft Account. Did you recently update your information, and have you been receiving emails from our program? Furthermore, have you recently had a gamertag change?

    With the new download option for gamertags onto other consoles are you sure you didn't set your tag up on another console and saved the password there?

    If not then you'll have to call support and open an unauthorized access ticket.

    NOTHING can be transferred to another account including remaining LIVE, MS points, game score etc. as the other poster said you CAN access any DLC like games from any account on the same console that bought it originally. I have 2 accounts on my 360 (mine
    and my cousin's) and he can access any games that I bought from the marketplace with no problems.

    No what Im asking is can I use my existing xbox live (the 11 months I still have left) towards a different profile and if so how? Please let me know, I would have the dlc still on this account. I only have trials HD and some avatar items anyhow.Along with
    every Forza DLC pack, but I would be doing this before the release of Forza 4 so no biggie.
