My account have been hacked.

If your account was hacked, you should call Xbox Support and open an unauthorized account case, but if I understand correctly you've already done that and that should be enough. but you can read the todo's here for when your account was hacked:

Second thing you shouldn't post your email address on here because this forum is open to all xbox live members

this is the email address for the hacker and before you tell me to fill the recovery form i already tried with every info i have and it tells me that my account doesnt exist , probably the hacker changed every thing in my account , if i only could see the cencored part of the hackers email ...
