My account have been hacked and i have problems getting a refund

I got a notification that several purchases were made in total of around 150£ as gift for another email address. I immediately blocked all payments towards Microsoft and went online to find a solution. I went on the Microsoft page to look for help but I can't find anything useful. All I found is that if I want to cancel a order I only have to go to order history, find the order / pre-order I want to cancel and select cancel item next to order but the problem is I don't see that option.

If this information help I should mention that this is a Revolut card so I am not sure if I can contact the bank somehow for help. Also it took my money already but it says pending, will be automatically canceled after a week if it is not claimed by the merchant.

I don't wanna rely on this because I might not get my money back this way so if anyone could help me with detailed steps on what to do I really appreciate it.

For now I removed my payment card and changed my password.

I recommend that you request a refund again using this alternative link:

If your refund hasn't arrived yet and you think it's a mistake because you haven't requested many refunds this year, reply to the email you received informing you of the refund. In his response, he explained in detail what happened and that he has not yet received a refund from her. This is the only way to appeal and get back in touch with the team that originally handled your refund request.

If you have not received an email informing you of your refund after 24 hours, even after checking your spam/junk folder, I recommend that you request a refund again using that link

If your account was hacked, you should call Xbox Support and open an unauthorized account case, but if I understand correctly you've already done that and that should be enough. but you can read the todo's here for when your account was hacked:

Good Luck. My account was hacked on Auguest 4th and I still have not been refunded/able to play on xbox. My suggestion is to just file a BBB report now and get it over with. I just did.
