My account has unintentionally-modded gamerscore. Any way I can remove this?

First and foremost, I want to voice my frustration at the minor hurdles it took just for me to get to this point. The fact that the href link for logging in doesn't work when clicking "Sign In" on Chrome browser is, frankly, ridiculous. I understand that
xbox.com is a heavy duty website and that, consequently, there are some bugs. But this is Microsoft we're talking about. And I'm pretty sure the "Sign In" option is a huge ass feature.

Secondly, the fact that I cannot view my played 360 games via profile is absurd. Why are the options for Games played limited to the One and PC? I'm trying to disclose the modded gamerscore in question, but I can't even view my achievements for my 360 games
online.

Now, for the MAIN purpose of this post: On 9/2/2011, I queued up for a zombies match for Call of Duty: World at War. I joined a lobby with three other (random) players (if I remember correctly). The point is:
this was not a premade lobby, and I had no affiliation with the other players at the time. Once the game started, it was pretty obvious that the game was modded. A peculiar menu was showing, with options to select weapons (and other things of which I do not
remember). Caught up in the excitement - I was 15 at the time - I explored the options in the modded menu and clicked an option which granted me all of the achievements for World at War. This was strictly unintentional - I had no experience with "modded lobbies"
prior to this and did not even know that the mods of the zombies match could affect other game aspects (i.e. achievements).

I have contacted xbox support and have confessed to the modded gamerscore on two separate occasions. I believe the first disclosure occurred in 7/11/2013 (the date when I received an email notification congratulating me on my first post on the support forums).
Unfortunately I do not have access to this post (some reason my profile says that I have made 0 threads - live support suggested that since the thread was created so long ago, it might have been deleted) but I am fairly confident that this post raised this
issue since I distinctly remember not receiving a reply on this issue.

The second occasion occurred just recently; I contacted xbox support live chat and disclosed the modded lobby event. However, it turns out that I cannot submit a case review to Microsoft enforcement team without an existing/prior penalty. Since my record
is clean, there is (apparently) no way for me to raise this issue with the enforcement team. Furthermore, it turns out that there is no way to report yourself via xbox.com - it has to be done through console, through the report button that is (I suspect) heavily
abused by players frustrated with their teammates.

My question is this: is there a more expedient method of disclosing my previous offense to the enforcement team without having to make a new xbox account, sign in to a console, and self-report my main account? I am also curious to know if the mitigating
circumstances (the modding was unintentional) and my attempted disclosures would stave off a suspension? I am hoping that the only punishment would be the removal of the modded gamerscore (or even all of the gamerscore earned for World at War).

There is no way to remove specific achievements from an account. The only way they can be removed is if the enforcement team issues a gamerscore reset (for cheated/modded achievements) which would remove all of your achievements. In that case, you would
no longer be able to re-earn any of the achievements that were reset.

 

Filing a complaint on your account is the only way to report the issue to the enforcement team. Modded gamerscore generally does not result in suspension, but it does result in a gamerscore reset which would involve removing all of your gamerscore, not
just the ones that were modded, and you would no longer be able to re-earn those achievements on that account.
