My account has not updated in years

I have been an xbox live rewards member for years and have made many purchases but I am not receiving any rewards

Still not getting my Xbox live rewards deposited.

It has been almost 2 years not since this issue has started, my Xbox live rewards are not being deposited into my Microsoft account. I keep getting the same message to update my account information but everything is updated. This will be my 3rd time posting
in this forum and nothing has changed. WHAT DO I NEED TO DO to get some help with this?????

Hello FatalKik2DaNads,

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not
get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).

In addition, this has been happening for years. It sounds as if your account was hacked... your Netflix account that is. Change your password for Netflix:

click my account in the top right corner drop down
click update email and password

Can I get some possible solutions? The Service Alert has been there for the last week...Is it possible my credit card is not update to date even though my gold account is paid for the year? I just don't understand and I'm fairly tech savvy..
