    My account has never been apart of a Microsoft family thing but yet i still need to ask...


    So I bought game pass on my pc from a gift card i had gotten, but when i downloaded a game that came with it (Hell let Loose) i found to my dismay that i was unable to play due to some sort of family safety thing, which i thought was odd seeing as the account i was using has never been apart of any sort of family and it never let me by this "security" even after "asking for permission".

    On Microsoft family I have my son's account as a family member. In order for him to play games or buy things on fortnite he has to ask permission to do so. But yet speaking with xbox supporter they kept telling me there was nothing I could do except fill out a recovery form.

    I have a microsift family account for my son, he has an xbox account attached as he has a nintendo switch with minecraft and we needed it for multiplayer.

    I have ticked allowed in the xbox account for multiplayer and clubs under his profile, yet it is still asking for me to allow multi player in microsoft settings.

    I am lost!!
