    My account has been suspended while I wasn’t using my account.


    Please help me, my account was unwrongfully suspended by the enforcement team. My nephew was on my Xbox for the past week and I wasn’t home because I work, and I allowed him to use my account. He accumulated a ban that got the account a permanent suspension it says??? Please fix this, it’s my account yes but it wasn’t me who was violating the terms and rules. It says for messaging and then it has an above permanent suspension. Please please help me or something, I’ve had this account for over 10 years , since I was a little boy… I don’t ever break the rules on xbox, please can anyone help me. My account has been suspended while I wasn’t using my account. :( I just want my account back, as trivial as this is, I love Xbox so much… My account has been suspended while I wasn’t using my account. :((( please don’t punish me for something I wasn’t even home to control.     Hello sir, I am not able to use any of the Xbox features that you guys have on your website for Xbox, because of my suspended account :(((. I understand that you guys have a rule against toxic content on users in Xbox. My nephew is just a teen if that, please I don’t want my account gone forever for something I had no control over whilst I was away.

    But every time I click on any options or do anything sir, it just tells me it cannot help due to my suspended account. And there’s no option I can use besides, why did my Xbox receive a ban or how to know if my Xbox is banned.
