I have also not received any mail. I've checked all categories too. If possible could I know where I can obtain these details of my suspension?

Nevertheless, shouldn't it be reflected on the enforcements page? It doesn't show any active or no suspension at all. Therefore I can't submit a case review for the suspension since I can't recall violating any Community Standards or the Services Agreement and would like to know what I may have done, and for how long the suspension is or if it is a ban.

This message is not me asking for the suspension to be lifted, but so I can understand the details of my suspension.

If you haven't received an e-mail, you can try contacting support and inquiry them, but please note that they won't be able to lift the suspension.

Then, follow these steps:

Type in your query: "Agent"

Click on Get Help.

Scroll down the page and click on Contact Support.

Select your "Other Products" and "Billing and Account Profile Questions" > Confirm.

Select "Chat with a support agent in your web browser" > Confirm > Start Chat.

A device suspension is only issued in extreme cases and for the most serious of violations.

An Xbox device enforcement action is the result of a thorough investigation by Xbox in response to the most severe violations of our rules. These enforcement actions can’t be lifted by Xbox Safety.

When a device is suspended or banned, it doesn’t disrupt the underlying functionality of the device.

For example, a suspension on a Windows device only limits your use of the Xbox app, Xbox network-enabled game titles, and other Xbox on Windows functionality. You can still sign in to your Windows device and Microsoft account to use other online apps and features.
