hello my account has been suspended for 2 weeks can u plz undo this .there is no way ur blocking me for 2 weeks for no reason ???comminication. do you know how many messages i get and i dont report them. and now there is one kid who reporterd me for nothing
.Im 30 years old 14 year olds do this?

My account has been suspended for no reason.

My gamertag has been suspended and I do not know why. They say they were trying to bill me for gold but I already have gold. Basically on December 02, 2012 I renewed my Xbox Live Gold subscription for 3 months which cost me around $25. I already
had a month left in my subscription so instead of my account ending on March 02, 2013 it ends on April 02, 2013. Yesterday I recieved a message saying the card I have been using was "declined" and that I needed to change my payment. So i'm thinking why are
they charging on my card and what are they charging me for? I haven't made any recent purchases on xbox and if I made any purchase it always goes through. So I do not know why my account has been suspended. I'm guessing they are charging me for another 3 months
but why are the doing that now when my account doesn't end for another 3 months? I would love to have my account back please. Any help would be very appreciated. Oh yes I also did turn Auto-renew off.

No one gets suspended for "no reason".

An email was sent to the address linked to your account telling you why or you can check on the enforcement site
here where you can also file for a case review if eligible.

If you receive a message that violates the ToU/CoC then it's up to you whether you report it or not.

Not reporting messages has no impact on whether you can be suspended or not if you are caught breaking the rules.
