My Account Has Been Suspended Due To Payment But It Wont Change

My account was suspended due to a payment option i need to change but when i try and change it i get the error code 80153003, when i tried looking this up i got another error code, my friends list has disappeared and i cant add people or send messages, ive
tried adding codes and it uses them but doesnt work, its used two 3 day trials and one 7 day trial but still nothings happened, please help

Account suspended due to billing issue?

My account has been suspended. It says "Your membership is suspended due to a problem with your payment option. To continue your membership, edit the payment option". My account is paid up until 7/2012. What gives?

How do I switch to silver?

My account has been suspended because my payment option as expired and it wont let me log in untill i add a new payment option but i just want to go back to silver

You can't use a trial code to pay off the balance nor will full gold cards work

If you added it before the time expired the auto renewal would've been delayed however when you are suspended for payment options you are 21 days late

The only option is to pay off the balance by adding it on your console or commerce.microsoft.com and transfer the balance

well you need to pay off the balance before you can reuse the account

Ok thank you ngocphi, I will try work out how to do that, but where exactly do I go?
