    My account has been permanently suspended


    Good evening. On August 17, 2023, around 9:30 p.m., I received a permanent suspension of my Xbox Live account. Let's start from the beginning... The day before etc. On August 16, 2023, I lent my good friend an account for 1 day so that he could play Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020. Everything was fine until I went to my Xbox profile and saw that suddenly I had achievements unlocked in most games... I know this is against user policy (or whatever they call it) but please give me one last chance. I know that by lending my friend's account, I took full responsibility for it. I am asking for your understanding, because I feel sorry for this account, because I would like to play various games, in particular MSFS 2020 and Minecraft Premium. I hope you will understand me and that my application will be approved. Once again, I am very sorry for the situation and I am asking for one last chance. Regards My account has been permanently suspended :(

    Just when I tried to log in to my 2nd Xbox account on PC, I get a message that this device is banned.



    As for the second one, I have Minecraft Premium installed and somehow I can't play it.

    A permanent suspension is not issued lightly. Anything on the account, purchases, funds, achievements, etc., are forfeited when an account is permanently suspended. You would need to repurchase, and start any games over as nothing (achievements, purchases, game saves, etc.) can be transferred between accounts.

    Good morning. I already wrote on Thursday, August 17, 2023, an appeal that I lent my friend an account etc. as described above and it was rejected. I don't know what to do and I really want to play the above mentioned games :(
