The only way to contact the enforcement team is via a case review/appeal.

If you have done that then you will just have to wait for the decision.

Support can't help with anything enforcement related.It should give you the reason for the ban on the enforcement site where you filed for a case review although it can sometimes take a while to update.

Is there anyway i can be shown what i've done wrong? i'm beyond confused at what i've done to deserve a permanent ban? i understand that multiple bans will lead to a permanent one, but the multiple bans for harassment and communication haven't been explained
to me? as i said before there is only 1 time i can see what i've done has caused someone to report me for communications never can i justify the harassment bans let alone actually be banned for them? any help would be appreciated to just see what i've done

I can't agree with you on this as I have been permanently banned before because someone else used my account in a different console, and I can say that yes the process takes some time, as they need to corroborate that everything it's true, but I got my account back, meaning, you can't lost your account if you haven't done anything wrong, that's why the review process exist
