my account has been locked for no reason

Hi guys, I recently created a Microsoft account and then bought PC Game Pass with a completely legal gift card. I started downloading COD BO6 and it took about 15 hours to complete. After this, I got an error that your account is locked.

It gives the "Try another verification method" to restore the account with the phone number.

I ask all my friends and Microsoft support team to help me

No one here has the ability to look at your account or anything to do with money

When you say "My account has been locked", do you mean that your account has been suspended by the Enforcement team?

Sometime when this happens you have to wait up to 72 hours before you can try to unlock it. If you keep trying to gain access the account and fail it will flag you. I would stop trying for a while otherwise you just keep resetting the timer.
