Both my email and passwords for Xbox have been change that I use for Microsoft can I please get info on how to retrieve a recovery code. I cannot receive your emails because my phone is also hacked. I can't Log in period. I'm the real user here and im completely blocked from my account because you require a sign in to access a chat service or phone call back. How do I get my account back? Please help?

Not only is it highly unlikely for a single account to be "hacked" if someone did manage to do that they would have most likely just stole your credit card info rather then fool around on your account by messing with your gamertag and making unnecessary
purchases.

It sounds more like someone just got onto your Xbox while your account was still open. A lot like how people use a friend's device to access their facebook and they forget to log out, then the friend posts some nonsense using said account.

If you truly believe your account has actually been hacked then your best bet is to contact Xbox Support. They'll look into your account and need real viable evidence that the purchases and changes were made by a seperate party.

thank you. i am in contact with xbox live who is trying to verify it is my account after i filled out the info. my email was swifched under my account to the person that hacked it so idk how to freeze or change ny password since he changed the emails within
my gamertag
