My account has been hacked, changed alias and removed my old ones.

Sadly, if your account's alias get changed, there is no way to recover the account. I understand that this is not the outcome you were hoping for, we're here if you have any more questions or concerns.

Unfortunately, since the account's alias was changed, I'm afraid it will not be possible to recover the account. For security, Microsoft does not store previous details for an account, only the current information is stored. As such, Microsoft will not be able to locate your account using the previous details, and there is no way to prove your account ownership at this point. I apologise for any inconvenience caused by this.

Is there really no way to prove my ownership of the account? I still have my account logged in Microsoft Rewards, have it on my PC (but it need to be relogin), and my account still saved on my Minecraft. I also have old emails from Microsoft years ago in my gmail.

PLEASE be cautious using the change alias option as it has been known to BREAK accounts! You are better off changing the MSA via the 360 console. If that is not an option please remember to NOT remove the old email after making it the secondary alias until
at LEAST 48 hours.

Will the 2FA be switched to the new email that I want to sit it to?

Last question will my account still have ties to my original alias or will everything be transferred over to the new alias?|
