    Someone has changed my email and my password. I can't find how to recover the account . Is there any chance that I can recover my account.

    Hello again, when filling out the form you have to put the email that was hacked.

    Our account has also been hacked. Can't speak to an advisor because I need to log in, but password and email have been changed. Spoke to Microsoft who weren't very helpful but gave me XBox contact email. Still can't actually talk to anyone and our account was used to buy 2 Xbox Game pass Ultimate.
