Hi, so I bought minecraft on my MS account today but got hacked by a group of scammers. They changed the password and emails, the only email I see in password reset area is theirs and I cannot do anything. But it seems like my phone number is still there but there's no option to reset password via that. Alongwith, since the purchase of Minecraft account was made by me (my upi), I can prove that the account belonged to me, it was mostly logged into my device and was never logged in anywhere else except my laptop a few times.

I've tried contacting support but got no good response so I'm posting this here in a hope to get some response back that actually helps me. As I purchased some services, its super important for me to get it back as I didn't even use the service much yet.

Anyway, this is my another MS account and my very own and very first account is hacked now. I know it can be recovered as I have proofs and the device itself where it was logged in for years and my old password, old emails that were connected, the payment receipt (both, by email and transaction history of my device/bank)

My account XxShutYoMouthxX has been hacked too. Since it got hacked the hacks got me banned and not i lost all my games and can't play on xboxlive

My account got hacked they changed everything gmail address all the information and i can't get access to the account because i lost my recovery code but i can show u proof that i made the account and that the information was changed to other gmail in private dms.

If you believe your account has been compromised, then you need to call support over the phone. When you do so, open an "Unauthorized Access Case" with them. Doing so will lock your account while they investigate. While they investigate the claims, they
will have you provide them information to prove you are the owner. If they determine that the actions that resulted in any wrong doings to your account were that of a different party, then they can take actions to reverse them. That is really the only option,
and the best option for you to have this investigated. Best of luck.

If they can hack gamertags then 1000s of accounts would of dissapeared. There is no deniable proof hacking can be done. No one has ever been able to get through the Xbox Live servers by hacking. It's a private network with major protection. The only thing
that can come close to hacking is tricking the support for a new password. But they would need the email to do that.
