My account has been hacked and Microsoft isn't doing anything, what do I do?

I tried to log into my normal Xbox account and it said that I needed to enter my password for an email that is completely foreign to me.

I have been trying to recover my account for some time by using the email that I first started the account with and Microsoft login is saying that this account does not exist. I have tried everything from multiple account requests to having a live agent allow me to send them files of proof of my account being mine as in sending the live agent an email of an order that I made.

I know the following comment can be frustrating, however, I would like to let you know that if none of the methods worked for you, I'm afraid to say that's not possible to recover the account.

Hello again, in this case you should contact Xbox Customer Service via chat and request an ATO (Account Takeover), this is because this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access there is some data and procedures that Xbox Support has.

However, ATO is a similar procedure to the online form, but done by a Microsoft agent, it will need as much information as possible for you to do the procedure.

Here in the community we are independent consultants, so we do not have access to the same information and tools that support has.

Each account recovery case is unique, and if you request the ATO, you must wait for a response from Microsoft's investigation department.
