what if my account has really been hacked? how can i get it back?

the same thing has happened to me my friend but the only difference in who ever hacked my account has been hacking others with it cause i am 10th and 15th on most call of dutys how can i get my account back after being wrongly banned

If you do come across an Xbox gamer, please ask them to reroute you and explain that you have tried using the recovery process and form and have had no luck.
