    Hi Ricardo Lechuga. I hope that you are doing well. On Saturday 12th March I submitted a refund request to Microsoft which was accepted. On the email it stated that the refund will be credited to my account within 5 business days. It is now Friday(the last day) and there has been no money paid into my account. Help would be appreciated.
