My account has been falsely permanently banned

To clarify the 4 thousand dollars is money from myself and friends and family but mostly mine

Hello. My gamertag is NyxSilvermoon. I feel you on this. This just happened to me on October 25th, 2023. No one is getting back to me. I've tried the appeal but was denied almost immediately. I've contacted them through the feedbacks. I've tried contacting customer support throughbthe phone and Twitter, but they keep giving me the same answer. Just have to wait it out. I check my emails daily, twice a day. Hoping and praying they would respond back to me, but so far nothing... I've spent over 2 thousand dollars just this passed year and I've been playing for years! I agree with you. If my account is gone, I want all my money back as well. I didn't do anything with fraud or against their rules. I have 3 children, ages 6 (now, 5 at the time of incident), 8 and 10. All of them have their own account that they can not get permission for new games that's outside of their ratings without me. I'm the only person who can give them permissions for new games, to buy things, etc. So it's not just effecting me but also my kids. Even though they do have their own accounts, they don't have game pass because we just can not afford them to have it. Because of that, whenever there is a game they want to play that can only be accessed by game pass, they use my account. So I'm not just loosing my account but also my kids'. I'm stressed enough by being a mother and look to xbox as a way to release some stress. Now that's its been taken from me for sometime I didn't do, is outrageous(trying to keep it pg but is a very good word to describe it.) And I'm at a loss.... I would want all my money back if my account is completely gone and since my kids' accounts are effected by this, they would all have to get new accounts as well so I would want my money back from their accounts as well. So we're looking for about approximately 4 to 10 thousand dollars or more over the last 4 to 5 years......

So I got permanently banned on xbox for apparently fraud, but I never did anything to do with fraud and I only had my xbox account. I need to use this account (the one I'm using) because I can't log into my account. I spent at least 4 thousand dollars and it's now all gone, if my account is actually completely gone I want my money back because this is outrageous. I am sorry to hear about what happened. Believe me, this is clearly not the situation I want you to be in. I know how frustrating that must be. I would feel the same way if I were on your situation.

Just a heads up that here in forum or even the Microsoft Support cannot assist and don't have access to our account Enforcement details or suspension because those are confidential and only the Xbox Enforcement team who work offline have access to it. We may only get in touch with them when we file a player report or file for a case review on our suspensions.

I suggest to check your emails for more details regarding the suspension (check junk or spam folder) and visit https://enforcement.xbox.com for additional details. You may be able to submit or apply for a case review if your suspension is eligible to apply for one.

Yea they upheld it even after i told them i wasnt being serious. So i guess i lost thousands of dollars just that quick..

All the people telling the op to contact support are wrong.Support are nothing whatsoever to do with xbox live enforcement & can not do anything.

If you have filed for a case review & the decision was upheld then that's it,there is nothing else you can do.

Trolling people & using exploits are both bannable offences,even if it was meant as a "joke".

As per the ToU/CoC you agreed to if your account is permanently banned you forfeit any digital items,remaining gold etc. bought by that account.
