my account has been disabled by another person entering and removing my access

When I enter the site, my gamertag information is left and it ignores my account that contains the game

I tried to login through the launcher downloaded from the
store and even so it doesn't log into my account but asks
me to buy or play demo as if I don't use the
game because it logs into my xbox account.

I entered the email the *Ratter* used to remove my access from the account. As i got an email saying that the email was added just before mine was removed and I entered that in to the recover my account proccess and it says its not connected to a microsoft account..

When I sign in on my account on the xbox itself and access account management, it states that auto renewal has been disabled and that there is no current credit card info on my account. Also when I access commerce.miscrosoft.com for my account, it still
lists a credit card and says auto renewal is off. However it says my membership is unlimited? It's only when I sign into my account on the web browser here that I am unable to cancel renewal etc (endless loop).

I've done it before on another account with no issues. Maybe it is cancelled and it worked, but it is just not showing? I tried contacting support but their helpline is closed at this time for me. Maybe someone from support can tell me if auto renewal is
disabled on my account or not?
