My account has been compromised.

How can you complain about Microsofts security when you dont even remember your own details? Quote - "I can't even access the WILD that goes with that gamertag, because i don't remember the password from 3 years ago"

As Gob1zku said, someone sending messages saying they "hacked" and not being able to purchase a sub does not mean your account has been compromised, but to be sure please contact support and raise an investigation.

you don’t understand me, they stole my account from me and unlinked my phone number and mail and tied another mail that I don’t know, but my mail was not hacked, this mail has a receipt for buying an account from the official site

When you said your account has been compromised on your description, we suggest the only options you can still perform in this situation. We know how important all your games and account details associated to it and if they have stole your account it is better to at least try our suggestions.
