My account has been charged four times for 10.69 for live membership in the month of april

Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear about the issue you may be experiencing with recent transactions on the Microsoft Account and your Xbox Live Gold subscription.



For any billing or subscription issues, I would recommend to
contact Customer Support
for further assistance. As previously recommended by our Ambassador, if you see a charge on your bank or credit card statement that you don’t recognize, you can quickly
view your Xbox purchase history
online by signing in to your Microsoft account.

It may also be worth noting that you should check on the Xbox console to see if there are any other accounts that are listed there other than the primary one that your son mainly uses and has the subscription on.

you can do to things:

1. Check your account at account.microsoft.com and take a look at how many Xbox Live subscriptions you have

2. Then, please call the Xbox support (contact info at support.xbox.com) as they are really quick in resolving these issues.
