today I have emil say my account has been blocked by I dont know when the time of problem im sleep how I block and what I do to get that and when I get a massage from any one send bad word to me I jyst report him but he still not block when I get block without
do anything I just need answer why I get that and how get that when im not in my xbox to do anything for get block

You can not send the code to a different email, sorry.

What you can do is go to accounts.live.com

selecet can't access account

selecet someone else is using my windows live id

selecet reset password

put in the current windows live id for your xbox live account

put in captcha

selecet customer support

enter a VALID email address.

Please fill out as much info as you can, if you don't know the info skip it.

they will send you an password reset link instantly (if you entered the info correctly and verified your email as a windows live id.), use that and update all security info on your account, you will call be able to sign in.

Are you sure you have an enforcement action on your account? What country are you in?

The enforcement team don't use the forums so no one here can do anything.

You would need to go to the enforcement site HERE for info on your ban/suspension & to file for a case review if eligible.

That is the only way to appeal a ban/suspension.

This is not a viable solution because i cannot access my account in any way to change its settings. all i need is someone to send me a code to my current email so i can enter it and unblock my account. Or have someone switch my IDs so it will work. there
is no way for me to log into my account on the computer. i need help.
