Hi I’m Anthony my account has been banned I don’t know how i usually just play with my friends. I filled out the forms already but ran out of tries. I just want to play with my friends I don’t know how this happened.

if no unauthorized access happened or it didn't happened during an unauthorized action maybe you should start reviewing who has access to your console

you cannot get unbaned

a permante suspension are final

you may only inquire about an suspension in that forums

unless there is unauthorized access in which in this case none was found according to YOU

the UAI team doesreview with the enforcement team about any actions taken againsgt the account IF and only IF it was caused during unauthorized access

The only Information that you will get is from the enforcement teams website enforcement.xbox.com

If you feel that you should not have been suspended then the only thing that you can do is file for a case review.

Part of that case review process is getting all of the questions correct on the questionnaire in order to be eligible for the case review.

All the answers to the quiz are on the enforcement teams website.

If you have have missed to many and it says you have to wait 24 hours then you will have to wait the 24 hours before you can try the quiz again.

If you answer the survey questions incorrectly you will be timed out for 24 hours. You will be able to try again tomorrow. You need to complete the survey successfully in order to request a case review

If you are unable to retake the quiz then you will have to wait for the ban to expire on it's own.

support.xbox.com/contact if your account has been compromised and you believe you were banned do to your account being compromised. If you would like to submit your case to the enforcement team, you can go to http://enforcement.xbox,com/ to submit a case.
Be sure to sign into the account that has been banned.
