My account has been banned for no reason. just over a person who doesn't like me

My friend and i were recently banned for cheating and we don't know why but it has been said by you it was cheating the person who got my friend and i banned is now laughing and getting away with a stupid report when there are other people who are cheating.
Therefor i would like to know who reported me as people i know on Xbox who report me all the time but now this is going to far. If this has includes any people like
[mod removed] please tell me as these are friends or old friends that could be doing it for a laugh even though its one day there is no point in banning me with no evidence leading to this ban. Please respond back as my friend

Account was banned from playing xbox live

So the decision was upheld and the reason is i reported a persons messages to much. Just to be clear i didnt report one message over and over agin the players continuously messaged me and mocked me about being banned and the person is the buddy of the person
who got me banned. So i got banned for harassment because i was reporting the person who was harassing me while i was still communication banned.

 

Help Please

I have been banned from halo reach for no reason, can anyone help me? A person on our family membership Xbox live was banned which banned everyone on the family account. their ban has been lifted but ours is still stuck on banned. Why is this and how can
it be fixed. Its not fair that we cant earn our points when we did nothing but have a family pack with the person. Help? The ban was on not being able to earn credits. The original person who was banned ban has been lifted but mine and RYDAS17 hasn't been
lifted? Ive contacted Halo customer cite and they redirected me to you guys?
