My account has been banned for an unspecified reason

So yesterday my account got bnpanned because I accidently ended up giving someone access to my account and they violated the community standards by sending a message with n word in it whilst using my account. I got banned for it and I sent a message to xbox telling them that I wasn't the one who sent the n word but rather someone else in another country who has access to my account. They said they could confirm my suspicion and said to lift the ban all I had to do was change my password which is what I did but they've ignored 3 of my emails and banned me for 15 days for an unverified reason despite me not doing anything or even being online at that time e

Technical Support cannot lift a ban or impose a ban, if you wish to appeal a sanction you must do so by logging in through this web site

This is the only way to appeal the ban, but it is important that you are clear about your expectations, because even if you were not the one who committed the infraction, the infraction was done from your account. It is important that you do not give out your login details to avoid this type of situation.

My GT is and I got banned. I don't know why but it said I was gonna get unbanned today but it never happened and I want to know why I don't have a microphone so can't have done any of that but I was in a modded lobby in Call of Duty Black Ops
2 but I doubt that was why I just wanna get unbanned so can enjoy myself. Please Help.

sorry you do not get banned for no reason you violated one of those things thus you were suspended for it you can post in the suspension forum at the bottom of the main list of forums but they will only tell you why you were suspended they do not lift them
early or remove them you will just have to wait till the 20th and don't violate the rules or you will get an even LONGER one.
