My Account Has Been Banned Due to An Offense I Did Not Commit

As the title states, my account has been banned due to an offense I had nothing to do with. The account was banned on May 2nd for marketplace theft. I believe that this has something to do with the period of time my account was compromised about half a year ago. At least, I think that's what it has to do with, because enforcement doesn't specifically state when the offense took place, or specifically what the offense was.

When I found out the account was banned on May 5th, I attempted to submit a case inquiry into the matter. The first one apparently didn't send, and when I had attempted to submit what I thought was a second one with more information, I realized that the first one didn't send and that the second one was contingent on info from the first. So, as a result, the inquiry was denied within a couple of hours. Then, I attempted to go to the Xbox website to try and contact support. For some reason, the website (for me anyway) would simply reload the page whenever I tried to click on any and all log in buttons. So, I tried to call support directly. For 2 days a support bot had denied the call because apparently the call line was down. So I searched anywhere and everywhere for another option to contact support. Eventually I tried the support virtual bot assistant, and after exhausting all of it's options, I got the option to converse with a person. After an hour and a half of conversing, the chat ended with him stating that enforcement and customer support are two different entities all together, and he has no means of helping me. After asking, I was also informed that enforcement has no means of directly contacting them except the single case inquiry you're able to send. The support representative recommended that I make a new account for the time being (which I have), and that I make a post here for potential help.

It's been 8 days since this whole ordeal started, and I'm more then happy to clear up any confusion. Because, as stated, I did not take part in any marketplace theft, and would most definitely like my account back. I apologize if this isn't the right place for this sort of post, but it was the place recommended to me by support.

TLDR: I didn't commit marketplace theft, enforcement has no direct means of contacting them, and would like my account back... help.
