My account has been banned but I'm still online

I was banned for taking 3 screenshots (all taken within 2 mins) getting a lap dance in GTA XD,but they say this:

This account can no longer sign into Xbox live from any device ( I nearly fainted when reading that part ) and they also said I can't upload screenshots or game clip for the duration on the suspension but they don't say how long it is I'm really really
confused I Canberra still play online I'm inn fortnite right no way lol some people said you will not get banned for ever but some say yes someone please tell me what I said going on

Problems with my account

My account has been banned by conduct activity until september 27, 2017. This day is already over, but my account is still banned, i can't play online or send message and speak in party. I NEED HELP PLEASE

If you're able to play online, then you're not banned from multiplayer, just uploading screenshots and game clips. The enforcement team does not use the forums so no one here would have any further information. You can try contacting support to see if they

I got banned because my account was compromised and someone changed my profile picture numerous time to pornographic images. The case was reviewed and descision upheld so I waited out my ban. Except my ban has been over for a week and I'm still banned. I'm
probably gonna just sell my Xbox because I have a PS4 and no issues from Sony. Oh well it's been a nice 6 years I guess.

An account ban extends in all online xbox and MS services.

As I mentioned before this is not an account ban, my gamertag is still able to connect to Xbox Live. This is simply a ban from the xbox forum that has been extended to here, I'm guessing by a shared database.

Since the xbox.com forum is soon to be closed, it would be nice to be able to interact with people on Live and the forum here in the same identity. Rather than as I am having to do at the moment with gaming as voteDC and posting here as Zen.
