My account has been banned and i wanna try to get it lifted it wont happen again.

The only way is to connect to the Enforcement site and try to raise a case review if the banned account is eligible to do it.

my ban has been lifted on xbox one. my friends still can't hear me in party chat or games.The bubble moves when i talk but none can hear me since the ban has been lifted. i think there might have been a problem on your end when the ban was lifted. i didn't
have this promblem prior to the ban. I have called xbox one support and they have had me do everything to try and fix the promblem. please fix this .

You can read the email sent to the address linked to the suspended account telling you why you've been banned.

You can also log in here
enforcement.xbox.com/home & ask for a case review unless it's a 24 hour suspension or a console ban.

If it's a console ban you wont get it lifted.

As boozy said,you are responsible for anything that happens on your account.

I am having the same issue here, my account was com banned 7/25 and was lifted 8/15. But i have gone through all the steps from deleting the account to resetting me xbox one, and here it is 11/3 and my ban has not been lifted.

Try again tomorrow. If they've put you on the naughty bench at 23.59, the ban wont be lifted before 23.59. Also check https://enforcement.xbox.com for the status
