My account has been banned and I have broke no rules I spoke to someone from Xbox live chat

of the action and open a case review with the PET.

it says this console has been banned from xbox live and when i click connect comes up with a big message and i haven't gotton anything been trying to get support for a week and 2 days now still no reason to why i'm banned nothing in my email or anything
or even on the website just my poast account bans that was a long time ago ,how would i know what general rule i broke if noone tells me? thats all im asking for

i was told by support that my xbox was banned on the 31 of august and its connected to my Xbox and they can see the ban but only enforcement team can tell me why im banned

hello, my xbox account has been permanently banned from xbox live nor can I login to the account, Ive been suspended before but it has been months and I checked enforcement history and its doesnt show why ive been permanently banned, ive done nothing to break the rules to get banned and Id really love to have my account back, ive been a loyal customer and ive spent hundreds of dollars and had the account for a few years, its really annoying that ive been banned permanently for no reason and I lost everything and many friends that I had for years, so can someone please unban my account and give me back everything, my gamertag is Ehlmz.

o yes I know that but read carefully(of what i said) they tell you "you broke this rule" they dont show how or any sort of chat logs why? also, I know I shouldn't have been banned but still was how do I know I shouldn't have been banned I stopped messaging
people I don't go into game chat ever sooooo wtf
