    My account hacked and theres nothing i can do about it


    My Xbox account was hacked on 8/15/22 and i contacted Microsoft support multiple times. They told me submit a recovery form and wait 24 Hours and i got no email what shroud i do my credit cards on there was thousands of dallers and i just can't just cancel it.

    May I know if you double checked your spam/junk folder in your email inbox? (The one that you used to receive the reply)

    Sometimes depending on the workload (people sending the the recovery form) the reply can take up to 48 hours to arrive)

    If this time hasn't passed, please try waiting a bit more.

    In the meantime, please try freezing the card(s) or ask your bank to block incoming charges from Microsoft

    Adam, any updates will be received exclusively by the email address you provided, only the accounts department knows and works on your case, the rest of the customer service including this forum does not have access to this type of case nor can it act in any way.
