    My question is that I started a game on my main xbox account but it asked me for a phone number, I made the wrong region and it didn't let me change it anymore, so I made another profile with another email to play a few days after the account I had created it was blocked and my question is why it was blocked.

    There should be an option to have the code texted to your cell or called to your land line.

    Are you sure you have an enforcement action on your account? What country are you in?

    The enforcement team don't use the forums so no one here can do anything.

    You would need to go to the enforcement site HERE for info on your ban/suspension & to file for a case review if eligible.

    That is the only way to appeal a ban/suspension.
