My account got taken away by a strange eamil and I can't sign in my account then it showed...

I think I might have been hack.

It's an old account and i lost my Eamil and password for it.

Since you are still able to access your Microsoft account, I just want to clarify, did you purchase the game Minecraft on the same Microsoft account?

To confirm this, kindly sign in to your Microsoft account on account.microsoft.com > Payment and Billing > Order History. From there, please check if you have the Minecraft game transaction under your account's Order History.

There is 2 types of suspensions

1. account level that means no matter what console the account is signed into those privileges are taken away. Depending on the length of this suspension depends on if you can file for a case review

2. Console level which means no matter what account is signed into on the console those privileges are taken away. Normally is done especially if this is the main console of the account that got suspended so that the person that owns the account can not
get around the suspension by getting onto another profile on that console and using the privileges that were taken away. These suspensions are not eligible for a case review.

I didnt ask what type of suspension i have, i said no matter what account i sign into i cannot play online or talk on it. matter of fact i cant do anything at all on my other accounts. so i want to know am i console banned or not? if yes where is the proof
of my console ban? because i only have a email of my account suspension and in the enforcement history a current account communication suspension.
