My account got suspended for violating terms of service

I only use this account for minecraft and I don't use the email or account for anything else but somehow I got this any idea how long it'll take Microsoft to respond to my appeal?

That's.not.a suspension.

An.account lock is usually something that occurs when you fail your proofs or.you send SPAM.breaking the rules.of msa getting your account flagged as a spam.account

if I try to sign in it just sends me to the appeal screen it says "you've been locked out for violating terms of service go to appeal form..." so it's not even letting me see the history because whenever I log in this shows up.
