My account got stolen, please help!

Hello Comme, I'm sorry about what happened to your account, however in this case you should contact Xbox Customer Service via chat and request an ATO (Account Takeover), this is because this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access there is some data and procedures that Xbox Support has.

However, ATO is a similar procedure to the online form, but done by a Microsoft agent, it will need as much information as possible for you to do the procedure.

Each account recovery case is unique, and if you request the ATO, you must wait for a response from Microsoft's investigation department.

I was able to “recover” my email and Gamertag, but it’s completely empty. It’s as if somebody stole it, took everything, and then transferred it all to a different account. Then released my Gamertag and email back to me, but with nothing on it. I have a case number, and they said they were looking into a file transfer, but I haven’t gotten an update in a couple days. This is a really big deal, and I don’t know what else to do. The support feature is terrible. You have to go through a bot chat that just sends you to articles. And most of the topics aren’t deemed worthy of a phone call. I just want to talk to a live human being to get this handled.

Yes, they did call me and I explained my issue. I had a pretty hard time understanding the person on the other end, but I did get a case number sent via email. Nothing since then.
