My Account Got Permanently Suspended Because Someone Hacked My Account

I'm beyond mad, I get emailed after I made my FOURTH request for help and finally they found the issue, they then said they know that someone has unauthorized access to my account, but they'd have to permanently suspend it due to "Security Protocols" I only use Xbox/Microsoft for Minecraft Java, but there are years of memories on that account (And ALOT of money spent on In Game Purchases) and instead of trying to help now that they have finally found the issue, they decide to permanently suspend my account... Please someone help me out on what I should do, I expect better from Xbox and this is very disappointing to me. I want MY account back.

Same exact thing happened to me , but the hacker was my classmate so the account is recovered by me and not by this incompetent support ( they literally permantly suspended the account).
They think i can remember my information for an account that i haven't used for almsot 1year because of their suspension :

Do you know that 2months ago , my Spotify account got hacked and you know what i recovered it in 5minutes because the support is competent and care about their customer not jsut focusing on something like robots .

My account too got hacked and they permanently suspended the account. Now when I ask Microsoft to transfer my purchases (for which I have the invoices) they are not ready to do it. Any success in getting the purchases back, please advise.

Same for me , but the hacker is someone that I know in my life and did a prank to me. Man I dont think there is a solution, for me I just decided to go and find how to maake a complaint about this

Same exact thing recently happened to me, I'm still attempting to work with them to get my account back, but Microsoft is the most useless company I've ever seen when it comes to customer support, so I'm not expecting my issue to be solved.

If you have the money, I'd highly suggest a lawsuit, that's what I'll be doing if they refuse to help me any further. I had that single account for nearly a decade, MANY important files and documents that I require for my job were on their cloud. That's not even mentioning the multiple THOUSANDS of dollars I spent on various products and subscriptions on my PC and Xbox.

Similar lawsuits have happened in the past and been successful, you should definitely take that route if they don't assist you further.
