    A few of my online accounts got hacked about 3 weeks ago, one of which being my xbox account. I log on to my xbox and it says that I have been permanently banned and that I need to submit a case review. I did this, received an email saying that it was confirmed my account has been hacked, but whether the actions that led to the ban were my own or the hackers is unsure. I updated all of my security measures as they suggested, and then I find out that my case review had been denied and I am unable to submit another one.

    I have not had any way of contacting support, and whenever I get any word about what is happening with my account, it leads to me just updating my passwords and stuff again, but still no access to my Xbox account.

    They even tried to charge me for my gamepass, which I could not access because of their ban.

    Does anyone have any advice or ideas as to how to get my account back? I have missed so many gaming sessions with my friends and family, and I am unable to watch tv shows or movies from my xbox because of this as well.

    my account got hack by someone, i dont know how they got my gamer profile information. i was a 23 green rank at frist. but when they hack my gamer profile they set me to blue 48. i tried asking for help on epics forums but no one replyed. so kept playing
    on the same gamer profile. i share the same xbox 360 with my brother and he got ban to , he didnt get hack. i dont know who it was but i guss they knew if they hack my ranking epic games was going to ban me from playing.

    Thats really suprising becuase my expereinces have been good with support when my account got blocked and stoppd becuase me switching wifi was supsciouse account activity so to mame sure i wasnt hacked it kicked me from my profile but i goy led to the
