My account got hacked microsoft by (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***)

My Microsoft account got hacked. The hacker was baiting me to get him verification codes of changing the security info of my account, then got raid of my account.

He deleted the original email of my account which is "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***" then somehow changed the account email to another one named
"*** Email address is removed for privacy ***" (These info is shown in first image, check attachments).
After doing so, he got raid of all my security stuff like verify phone number and email.He was clearly hacking my account. He literally deleted my original email of this account "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***", if he is not hacking this account, he has no need to do it...

I really need help!

You didnt actually give him the verification codes did you? If so this would've been what allowed everything else that happened afterwards to occur.

My Microsoft/ xbox live account got compromised by the email *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. This happened on 2 days ago. I am unable to log into my account now and it says account does not exist. I've been using the same account for
years. Whoever did this added their email to my account changed my password and charged my debit card 5 times for $34.23. I'm having to change my bank account and I would like to get a refund for the charges. I would also like to get my account back. I can
provide the emails that were sent when they went in and changed my account info.

Unfortunately, it is necessary to know the email address that replaced yours in order to fill out the recovery form, because if you fill it out with your real email address, the system may indicate that there is no account associated with that email address.

Please check if your account email address has been replaced. If it was replaced, you cannot use your own email address to recover your account. You must know the current email address of your account which could be the hacker’s email address already to begin the account recovery.

***Make sure to sign out any account signed in to https://account.microsoft.com website before starting an account recovery.

If it doesn’t work, try to fill out the account recovery form on https://account.live.com/acsr

It means that it was removed from your account already. You need to find traces of the current email that was used to replace the email from your account by checking your email history or Xbox console if it shows there.

It's required that you know it to start the recovery process.
