My Account Got Hacked By "*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***." just the microsoft but the thing is i have my phone number as a payment method for my free xbox pass that came with my laptop now i have the email and im trying to log back in to my old account it says it sent a email but i dont recieve it sometimes i do then when i enter the code it says its wrong or something on those line i really need help asap please thank you

edit: and i made a new microsoft account on the same email then i closed the account but it says it will take 60 days to close idk what to do please help and i have tried different methods that i have seen on youtube and talked to the ai chat bot of xbox but got no help

hey i have a problem, i have my Xbox live account connected to an old email account but that account got hacked 4 years ago. ever since i have been asking for a reset and i have been getting didly squat, i need help, my account has at least 500 bucks worth
of items on it..... i need help ASAP, and i can go online cause i need the password to do so....

P.S. the Chat Now with an Ambassator thing sucks, its just in the loop... ive been waiting for half an hour help ASAP

I tried going on the parent's account as well and it says unrestricted access. When i then go to my account on the laptop it says the same thing. But on the xbox one on my account it says 'appropriate up to age 14'. At the time i thought i got hacked...
This needs to be resolved ASAP because right now I can only play one game.
