My account got hacked and my username got stolen.

My account got hacked in july 2022. He took my username which meant a lot to me. I’ve tried to contact support, called them, tried everything. I get back no response and help. I’ve came to the community to seek for help. Please help as i want my username back. I’ve been a player since 2011 and my username i’ve had since then is very important to me.

I understand that this username is important to you. However, same as what was advised on your post last March 2022, compromised accounts are beyond our support boundaries here in the Community.

If by username you meant your Minecraft username, please contact Mojang support (Home (minecraft.net)). You may submit a request here: Submit a request – Home (minecraft.net).

If you meant the gamertag, contact our live support for assistance. You may contact them through these steps:

Go to: Contact us | Xbox Support
See the bottom left part of the page and make sure that the page has the correct region that you are in (ex: United States - English for USA)
If not, click on it then select the correct region that you are in.
Check and confirm that you are within the available time of support under Contact times.
Click Contact us
Select the drop-down menu options that will match your concern.
On the page, see the provided support articles that may help you with your concern. Click See contact options if further assistance is needed.
On the next page, select either Chat online or Request a call option then follow or enter the needed details.

If still you are unable to reach our live support through those steps above, go back to this page: Contact us | Xbox Support then select the Ask a question option under Try our virtual agent section and enter this exact phrase: Talk to an agent.

How do I go about getting my account back

I got my Xbox account taken but still own my Gmail.

I don't know how or where to start with convincing anyone to get my 1 year worth of progress back. PLEASEEE HELP

Good day.

Thanks for the reply, but I talked to a Microsoft directlly as mentioned above. So I tried asking Mojang since Im solving the issiue mainly because I don't want to lose access to both of my MC games and they told me to ask Xbox support since the issiues with my account are related to my Microsoft account and not Mojang so I'm kinda out out of options besides the form or tried to get in touch with a real person again.

Might I ask what did you do to get your account back? Since Im stuck in a place after 3 weeks so I need kind of help. I would appriciate if it was as detailed as it could so I don't have to bother you with aditional questions.

The best way would be contacting the Xbox support or try changing the password since you still have the email.
