My account got hacked and I'm not sure what to do

You should never give anyone anything over xbox live no matter what they say.

You need to report & block this person via your console.

You also need to contact your isp as a ddos attack is done via your broadband/internet & what this person is doing is a criminal offence.

I think my account might have been hacked into because my ID is not as it appears. I have got no idea where this ID came from.
