My account got hacked and I don’t know how to get it back

2 step is enable, but even if i fill in everything the way i need to i still cant reset the password

Just give the support all the info they need and a case for your account hacking will be opened.

At this point, what I would have to recommend would be to
contact customer support, so that you can express to them that TSV was enabled on your account after it was compromised so that they might provide further assistance for you.

This can be done by following these simple steps:

Log into Support.Xbox.com

• Scroll down, Click on Contact Us
• Step 2 : Select Billing and accounts then See other options
• Step 3 : Select your Issue – Charges on my account
  • Select - Show contact options
  • Select – Request a call from Support

• Did you have Two-Step Verification [TSV] enabled on your account before your account was compromised?

If you can clarify this info for us, we might be able to offer more assistance. However, if you did already have it enabled, and your account was compromised, and your information was changed, there might not be much we can do in this instance, besides continuing
to fill out that account recovery request form.

But the hacker managed to buy some stuff, but all my games and data are in the account
