The problem is that EA got hacked, and there were many many accounts that were used on their site were EXACTLY the same as xbox live IDs, so if I were a make a bet, I'd say that's how your account got compromised. You need to change your xbox live ID password
immediately if you haven't already.

First off no hug bullcrap. I've been doing this for over 24 hours and I can't recover my steps son's account and because of this form system and your 3 point system for verification I supposedly don't have enough information.
