    My account got hacked and hacker changed the e-mail


    Hello,

    my account got hacked recently and the hacker changed my sign in email and password (I am currently signed in trough another one). I tried contacting support and had no luck in doing so, I tried recovery and nothing works but I do have proof of my last email being associated with this account. If anyone from Microsoft sees this, please help.

    I am very sorry about what happened to your account and I completely understand your frustration. Unfortunately, Microsoft support and Customer Service are only indicating that the only procedure or way for a user to recover an account is to follow the methods indicated in the link below.

    Aside from this procedure, unfortunately, there is no other way as no agent can provide information in this regard.
