MY ACCOUNT GOT HACKED & ACCOUNT RECOVERY FAILED 2 TIMES ALREADY!!

Hello, My account has gotten hacked and since I made my account roughly 10 years ago when I was maybe 15 years old and moved IU do not know how many times to different locations since I made this account and never really updated my account proberly. My account
recovery failed already for 2 times...is there any other way to recover the account without the usual questions they ask in the support team because i do not know the zipcode and age and all the other information i used about 10 years ago when I still lived
in germany not usa.for example. like choosing 3 of my x box live friends that i used to play with quite a lot off that account to hear my voice or whatever and they will be able to tell if i´m the real me or not.

It just saddens me so much that even knowing I got my bankkard for last purchases and what not that I am still not trustworthy enough to make microsoft give me my account back.

i would go that way but microsoft keeps showing me this message when i try to get further help:

Like i said seems like they grew tired off me wanting my account back....

for that they are the questions so that not anyone claims accounts that are not theirs, I recommend you to have your information updated every year so that the same does not happen to you

and they´ve been showing me that message for days now when i´m trying to contact there support...they obviusly blocked me from using there support...such incompetence.
